FDA Approved / Food Safe Gaskets. The Gasket in the Base provides shock absorption protection and the Cap Gasket provides an airtight seal in addition to shock absorption properties.

To replace the gaskets in your JyAR:

• Step #1: Simply pry each gasket free by using a butter knife (knife with a rounded tip) to lift one edge of the gasket away from the cap or base.
• Step #2: Gently lift the gasket up and slowly remove it.
• Step #3: Insert the new Cap or Base gasket and "seat it" with your fingers.
