Sent me the wrong batteries for my vaporizer. Immediately rectified the issue by priority shipping the proper batteries to me. I know they're just batteries, but they make my happy- stick run hot all night long.

Planet Vape is great site. I ordered the herbalaire gong from them with standard shipping. I was nervous not having a tracking number but it arrived in a week. Totally discreet and no problems whatsoever. They're service is great and they'll go out of their way to make sure you're happy. I'll definitely come here if i have any other vape needs from now on

I ordered a full solo package from planet vape almost a year ago - my solo is still going strong and I've recommended the site to friends.

My solo was ordered from Alberta and delivered a week earlier than predicted, box was discreet and came in perfect condition.

Great company to buy from, not only did they ship it out fast but kept me informed of tracking numbers and even got it here a day early. I was a littl worried it might take a while at first because I'm in the uk, but it was here in under a week. 10/10 from me, I'll be back.

Don't normally post reviews but I couldn't keep quiet on this one. I ordered my S&B Crafty on Friday night and received it by the following Thursday even when there was a bank holiday on the Monday in between. Shipping was faster than expected and I couldn't be more thrilled with the product. I would purchase from PlanetVape again and would definitely recommend them even if ordering from the US.

Take advantage of the exchange rate if you can. It may be the best deal going right now. Enjoy!
